Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am family and adolescent therapist licensed in Michigan. I have worked with clients with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, motivation, organizational challenges, family and relationship issues. I have also worked with clients seeking to resolve spiritual concerns.
My style of therapy is like a directed, interactive conversation. I strive to never push harder than the client can handle in a non-judgmental, caring environment. I would describe my therapeutic style as eclectic and these are some of the styles I have borrowed from that help me serve my clients; cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, brief therapy, and humanistic styles.
I applaud anyone seeking therapy, because it takes courage. I believe that it is a privilege to be able to support anyone that has made that decision. I look forward to assisting in that next step where ever that journey that takes you.

Many people want to know whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, research and clinical practice show that online therapy can be as effective as in-person care for most people.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can choose the mode of connection that fits their needs, whether that is a video session, a phone call, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to continue care during life changes.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different fit. For many, online therapy provides an accessible, effective way to address everyday mental health concerns and to move forward with personal growth.
