Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello,
I am a graduate of Marshall University with an Educational Specialist degree in Counseling. I am also a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Approved Licensed Professional Supervisor(ALPS) in West Virginia. I have over 25 years of experience working with children, teens and young adults. I continue to attend conferences and am always seeking to learn new techniques to better assist my clients. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges.
My counseling approach is a combination of humanistic and reality solution therapy. I believe in the goodness of all people and like to place emphasis on the client’s self-growth and self-actualization. Through genuine care and compassion, I utilize a variety of approaches to help clients find meaning in their lives by focusing on free will, self-determination and taking responsibility.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – clients can meet with their therapist in the format that works best for them, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and individuals may choose to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible option for many seeking support.
