Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to look through my profile. Choosing a therapist is an important step in getting help and I hope I can be that help for you. I work with people who are dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, anger management issues, caregiver stress and compassion fatigue, life transitions and aging issues.
I am licensed in the state of Missouri (#2017039593) and have been practicing since 2015. My counseling style can be described as relational, warm and caring. I want to hear not only any current issues, but about your life in general. Often, we can solutions by looking at your life in whole. My approach incorporates cognitive behavioral approaches, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and person centered (Rogerian) techniques. I like to connect with people with empathy, compassion, and sometimes humor.
I’m a native Missourian, but was raised in Colorado. I love all kinds of sports, music, food, movies and other entertainment. I’m married and a father of two grown (essentially) children. Again, thanks for taking the time to look through my profile. I’d love to help in any way I can.
