Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Life gets to us sometimes. Sometimes we need help. I’ll be your coach, support, and cheerleader through this tough time in your life, and can provide you with the good constructive feedback that you need. If you’re motivated to make positive change in your life, I might be able to help you. I find that seeking to answer the common question of “why am I doing this?” is very helpful and freeing for people, and reminds them that they can in fact make changes to get their lives back on track.
My approach is based on being direct and honest. Your time and money are valuable. I don’t want to waste either of those, and wish to get you pointed in a positive direction. I’ll work to help you get out of your own way, so that you can give life both barrels. My academic background is Motivational Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Though those are my theoretical approaches, I will draw on any treatment necessary to help you achieve your goals. There is no “one size fits all approach” as people are all very different from one another. I do my best to tailor your treatment to you, whether we’re dealing with depression, stress, anxiety, or coaching.
I have Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Psychology, having graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2009 with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. I have been in practice for over 10 years, and have worked in mental health since 2006. I’ve had a wide variety of work experiences, such as working in an Inpatient mental health unit(Psych Hospital), drug rehab clinics, eating disorder clinics, and clinical work at a Private Psychiatric Practice. I also draw on my various life experiences and previous work experience prior to mental health to assist my patients.
If you choose to work with me, we just might be able to move forward and get the change you’ve been looking for. I look forward to working with you!

He serves as a coach, support, and cheerleader during difficult seasons, offering direct and constructive feedback to those who are motivated to make positive changes.

He brings 14 years of clinical experience, has been in practice for over 10 years, and has worked in mental health since 2006. His background includes work in an inpatient mental health unit (psych hospital), drug rehabilitation clinics, eating-disorder clinics, and clinical practice in a private psychiatric setting, and he also draws on various life and prior work experiences to support his clients.
He is a licensed professional counselor in Missouri. Those who choose to work with David may find the forward movement they are seeking, and he looks forward to supporting people ready to make changes.
Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that works best for them, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients have the option to change therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many people, the combination of effectiveness and convenience makes online therapy a practical choice.
