Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Danielle (she, her, hers).
I believe that even severe mental health challenges can be viewed as imbalances and that our overall wellness is informed by our ability to engage in healthy behaviors and relationships. Many challenges, both internal and external, can interfere with wellness. I believe that healthy relationships are fundamental to our fulfillment as human beings and that often this starts and ends with our relationship to ourselves.
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LCMHC) based in New Hampshire and also maintain licensure for alcohol and drug counseling (LADCI) in Massachusetts. I have been providing counseling services for the past 10 years and am lucky to have worked in many diverse settings with children, adults, and families including outpatient, in home, and residential levels of care. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Anselm College and Master of Science Degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in co-occurring addiction.
I have worked with individuals and families facing many challenges, including relationship issues, trauma, ADHD, addiction, depression, and anxiety. I am certified in Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am passionate about addressing systemic barriers to care through social justice work and maintain an ongoing education focused on trauma-informed practices and cultural awareness.
The approaches I use vary greatly depending on the person I am working with and their preferences, but most often these might include dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, existential therapy, and client-centered therapy.
Whatever you may be struggling with, and whatever your comfort level is in talking about it, my goal is to help you identify current challenges and a path forward that works for you. There are no fees for initial consultation and if I am not able to address what you are struggling with, I may be able to point you in the direction of someone who can.
I hope I can be of help and look forward to working with you!

With 12 years of clinical experience, Danielle has worked across a variety of settings with children, adults, and families, including outpatient clinics, in-home services, and residential programs.

Treatment approaches are tailored to each person and may draw from DBT, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, existential therapy, and client-centered methods.
Danielle aims to help people identify current obstacles and create practical paths forward that align with their comfort and preferences. There is no fee for an initial consultation, and if she is not able to meet a person’s needs she may be able to provide a referral to someone more suited to those concerns.
She looks forward to the opportunity to work collaboratively with those seeking support.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions – remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research supports online approaches for these kinds of issues, and many people find meaningful benefit from virtual sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that fits their needs and schedule – video calls, phone conversations, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to integrate therapy into daily life.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. Online therapy can expand access and make consistent support more attainable for a wide range of concerns.
