Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a clinical social worker (as well as having been a clinical addiction counselor), licensed in Kansas, with almost 30 years of experience working as a therapist. I also have worked in substance abuse treatment facilities, mental health centers, an in-patient psychiatric treatment center, a primary care clinic, and 2 different hospices. There are not too many situations that I have not helped clients with in some way. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, ADHD, and end-of-life issues (both patients and families with loved ones who are experiencing serious illness). I have also helped many people who have experienced various kinds of trauma or abuse.
My counseling style is laid-back, caring, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and other traditional “talk” therapies, as well as more brain-based therapies such as EMDR & somatic approaches. We will work together to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek support for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. You can meet with a therapist in the way that fits your life best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to keep consistent appointments.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if you decide you would like a different fit you may switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can be a practical option for people looking for accessible, professional support that fits their schedule and needs.
