Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have spent the past two decades counseling and supervising clinicians who work with some of society’s most vulnerable members. I possess a vast amount of experience working with children and adolescents who face various mental health, social, and behavioral challenges. I have a master’s degree in psychology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. I also obtained my certification as an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), which allows me to supervise clinical candidates for state licensure.
I am currently the Clinical Supervisor for Healthy Body Healthy Mind, LLC. I previously held the role of Senior Primary Therapist for ten years in the Children’s Partial Hospital Program (PHP) at Princeton House Behavioral Health located in North Brunswick, New Jersey. Before joining Princeton House, I worked with Cranford Counseling Center, worked as a supervisor for the Children’s Mobile Response & Stabilization Unit at UMDNJ in Essex County, and served as the Program Head Clinician at Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth, New Jersey in their Full-Day and Half Day Partial Hospital Programs.
I have a passion for providing therapeutic services for children and adolescents and their families who are in need of effective solutions to mental health and behavioral challenges. My experience, combined with my passion for helping children and their families, allows me to serve my clients successfully.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to integrate therapy into daily life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they decide a different fit would be better. Online therapy can provide an accessible way to work with a qualified clinician while accommodating the demands of modern life.
