Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a dual licensed mental health counselor with licenses in both substance-abuse and mental health disorders. In my time as a counselor I have worked with a broad client base, including people struggling with major depressive disorder, bi-polar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, relationship conflicts both professional and personal, family problems, and substance abuse disorders. I have been greatly honored to walk with some very brave and inspiring people and look forward to working to more people who are ready to make real changes to their lives.
My approach looks to first establish an environment of unconditional positive regard in which a person can feel safe to bring out the most authentic parts of their lives and make meaning out their struggles. I do this by combining cognitive behavioral theories, emotion focused treatment, and mindfulness. Each person I connect with will have a personalized approach that will help them find the places in his/her life that can bring about a better quality of living.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. This approach can support many of the same goals people seek in face-to-face care.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can meet with therapists by video call, by phone, through live chat, or via in-app messaging, choosing the method that best fits their schedule and comfort level. That flexibility often makes it easier to maintain continuity of care amid busy lives.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy offers an accessible way to pursue consistent, professional support without changing the core focus of treatment.
