Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Sometimes we need a safe place to tend to our heart, a place to be heard and understood, a place to get help. I am here to provide that place for you. Perhaps you have been feeling anxious or down. Maybe you feel stuck and are needing direction or liberation or resolution in one or more areas of life. With grace and truthful affirmation, I will join you in clearing away that which is hindering you and help you move forward. I work especially from person-centered, existential, and acceptance & commitment approaches that will be tailored to your needs.
There is the beautiful “YOU” inside that is deeply aware of what really matters, where you hurt, what nourishes you. Listening to this innermost voice can lead you into new perspectives, new practices, and wholehearted living. I will help you hear this true “YOU,” so that your soul can shine through your strengths, passions, and relationships.
My faith-based perspective is very open, embracing spirituality as a loving and life-giving experience. Sustained by this Spirit, we will use established techniques and creative exploration as we work together. I have 25 years of counseling experience, and look forward to working with you.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience indicate that digital formats work well for these typical issues.
One clear benefit is flexibility. People can connect in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level: through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That variety makes it simpler to incorporate therapy into busy lives.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and you have the option to change therapists if you feel a different fit would be better. This flexibility and accessibility help many people engage more consistently with the therapeutic process and get the support they need.
