She earned a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Liberty University and is licensed to practice in Oklahoma as a marriage and family therapist (OK LMFT 1350).
Her therapeutic style balances empathy, respect, and collaboration with a direct, no-nonsense attitude rooted in her 20 years of service in the United States Marines, from which she retired as a Master Sergeant in 2012. Dana places the client’s goals at the center of the work and aims to build a relationship where people feel safe and comfortable sharing their feelings without fear of judgment.

As a therapist, she will encourage, offer insight, and at times challenge clients in the areas they want to change. Dana is committed to supporting and empowering people to reach their desired goals and looks forward to working with those ready to begin that process.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – you can connect in the way that fits your routine and comfort level, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to keep therapy consistent and integrate it into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if someone does not feel like the right fit, it is possible to switch to a different therapist at any time. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy provides an accessible, effective option for getting support.
