Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Dan, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. I have spent fours years in the field helping clients from various walks of life overcome their challenges and fine their own serenity. I have worked with teenagers and adults through many issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, anger, addiction, phase of life changes, transitions, grief and much more.
I believe that everyone brings a unique perspective and a unique lived experience that shapes the way that my clients face their challenges. I believe that my clients are the experts in their life and together we will learn, face problems, and overcome the challenges my clients are facing. I consider myself an Integrative therapist, which means that I learn from and use techniques from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and anything else that my clients find that works.
Life challenges us on a daily basis, but every client has the power to navigate their struggles. With some exploration, we can rise up and learn more about ourselves from what we have overcome. Reading this and searching for help are great first steps on the way to finding serenity.
I look forward to working with you!
