Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, research indicates that remote therapy is comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is the flexibility it provides. Clients can choose the communication format that fits their needs and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it simpler to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is desired, clients have the option to switch therapists at any time.
