Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of South Carolina (LISW-CP), Florida (LCSW), and Utah (LCSW). Also, I am a Certified Whole Health Coach with the Veterans Health Administration. I have been providing psychotherapy for the past twelve years and I have worked with clients that present with a variety of concerns including stress, anxiety, relationship conflicts, parenting issues, self- esteem complications, depression, sleep issues, and communication problems. In addition, I have worked with many clients who have experienced loss, loneliness, aging, and geriatric issues.
My approach to therapy is active listening, client centered, and solution focused. I use a variety of other interventions, depending on your needs, to help you identify and set your goal(s). I then work, collaboratively, with you to help you reach those goals and work through what you are experiences.
My purpose, as your therapist, is to provide you with a safe place to share your experiences and emotions. I will actively listen to you, help you process difficult emotions, and work with you to achieve your desired goals. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for taking your first step!

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their routines and comfort level, whether through video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to maintain continuity of care amid busy schedules.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and clients may change therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many, online therapy offers a practical and effective option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
