I have helped clients manage anxiety, relieve stress, and cope with depressive episodes and other issues, including low self-esteem, relationship issues, bereavement and anger management. I work holistically, looking at a client’s whole life and may integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools.
