Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings,
My name is Colleen Neuer and I am Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina with 10 years of experience. I have also spent 14 years working as a School Counselor and have also worked closely with families. I have spent most of my clinical time working with people who struggle with anxiety, anger management, transitions in life, relationship problems and parenting issues.
My counseling style is warm with some humor mixed in; I believe in serving all people and look forward to catering our time together to your needs. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational-Emotive therapy, client-centered therapy and life coaching in working with clients. My goal is that each of my clients feels valued and motivated to gain all that life has to offer and that they would have the tools to carry our time together into their futures.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage is flexibility – clients can choose the format that feels most comfortable, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit. For many people facing everyday mental health and life challenges, online therapy offers an accessible way to get support and build coping skills.
