Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
In today’s world, stress and anxiety can play a large roll in the quality of one’s life. I believe that I can help you sort out issues and make changes in a different way than family and friends can. Whether you are trying to cope with relationships, parenting, depression and anxiety, or just balancing life, I can offer help and guidance. I am a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker in private psychotherapy practice for over 20 years. I work with adults, individuals and couples. My areas of specialities include anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, women’s empowerment, divorce and parenting issues. I am also certified as an expressive therapist which allows me to use art, and creative assignments with clients to help them move through the growth process.
Entering into counseling means you have the courage to look at your life and identify what may not be working to your advantage. Once you have taken this step, together we will plan goals, and work towards your well being and happiness.
