I am a qualified therapist with 12 years experience. I have worked with a broad and diverse range of clients, from bereavement to mild and severe mental health issues, a range of addictions, deep rooted trauma and childhood issues.
The sessions are purely for the client and I work to keep you at the centre of the therapy at all times, providing a space for you to feel safe and contained and as comfortable as possible, to explore what brought you to counselling, which is a crucial part of the counselling journey; to feel comfortable enough.
Each person’s journey is very personal and unique and I work to offer focus, structure and assist you develop a better understanding of yourself on a deeper and/or healthier level, exploring your issues/concerns to be able to work your way through them.
It can be daunting, scary and a brave thing venturing into counselling, I aim to ground those fears, support you through your process, so you can feel safer along the way. Also, working to help you feel focused and in control of your journey.
