Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, trained and accredited in person-centred counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic therapy. What this means for you is I can provide a tailored approach. Understanding that not every person is the same – I can draw on techniques from each approach that are most appropriate and comfortable for you as a unique individual. We will work together to make sense of the difficulties and challenges you might be facing and find ways to help you manage and overcome them.
At the core of every therapy session, I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to share whatever you wish, actively listen, and help you better understand your feelings and behavior patterns. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
I work with a wide range of emotional and personal issues such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and confidence, and stress.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can connect in the format that feels most comfortable, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and you have the option to switch if you would like a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and effective way to work on the issues that matter to them.
