My philosophy in working with clients is that I work together with you. This means that I work with you side by side, help guide you to understand where you are in the process of change, motivate you towards the next stage, assist you in the process and move at the pace you set. A client’s progression in therapy is often dictated by the level of engagement that they have and willingness to make progress.
