Christina Rolerson is a Texas-based licensed clinical social work supervisor with eleven years of experience supporting people through transitional periods in their lives. She has worked with a wide range of concerns and finds it a privilege to help clients weather the difficult seasons life can bring.
Her clinical experience includes helping people facing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting concerns, marital and relationship issues, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, and ADHD. Many of the clients she has worked with also have histories of abuse or trauma.
Christina’s approach is client-centered and strengths-based, grounded in compassion and empathy. Her work is informed by rational emotive and psychoanalytic ideas, cognitive behavioral techniques, family systems thinking, and a strengths-focused perspective. She uses detailed knowledge of each client’s life experiences and present circumstances to partner with them in building a step-by-step plan to address challenges and move toward their goals.
She appreciates when people take the first step toward better well-being and looks forward to working alongside clients who are ready to pursue meaningful change.
For many common concerns - including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions - online therapy has been found to work as effectively as traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical and evidence-informed option for people seeking support for everyday mental health challenges.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best - video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging - which makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed at any time, clients are generally able to switch therapists. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, adaptable way to pursue their mental health goals.
