Hello! I’m Christina, A Colorado based licensed counselor with over 18 years experience! I graduated from the University of Southern Colorado where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Criminology and Psychology. I earned my Master of Arts Degree from Adam State University and received my Professional Counselor License in 2011. I have been dedicated to helping people through counseling services since my high school days as a peer counselor and realized early on that I have a passion for this work! I believe in a Cognitive Behavioral Counseling approach and I have helped hundreds of clients find peace, healing and motivation for change. My style is client centered, I believe that my client is the “expert in his/her life” and my role is to help guide and support the change process.
