Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is the flexibility it offers – individuals can connect in the way that fits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability can make it easier to include therapy in a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote formats, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they want a different fit.
