Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
If you are reading this, it means you have taken the brave step of moving forward in your life. I’ve always said that therapy is not for people who are “screwed up” but for people who want to learn more about themselves and become empowered to make changes.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (in both Virginia and California), I have over 22 years of clinical experience in civilian, military, and hospital settings. I am a proud female Veteran with a specialty in helping others cope with life’s stressors and transitions. I am an advocate for individuals with chronic illness, and my past experiences as a transplant social worker, have inspired me to specialize in issues relating to health inequities and social justice issues.
While my passion has always been about service to others, just know that I will also challenge you in areas where you may feel stuck or defeated. Therapy is not always easy, but I am committed to partnering with you to assist on working through whatever brought you here. I look forward to working with you!

Many people want to know whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and clients are able to change therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an effective, adaptable way to access support while navigating everyday responsibilities.
