Welcome! My name is Charlene, I am a mother of two and I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges to work towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I have a BA in Counselling, Post Grad Clinical Training in Contemporary Gestalt Therapy and I am a Clinical Member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.
I have over six years of professional experience, and practice a relational approach to create a safe space to address a wide range
of emotional, mental, and life challenges.
