Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Florida with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
I require live sessions – chat, voice, or video – for the majority of our work together. I am available for live sessions in the evenings and on the weekends. Live sessions are typically 30-45 minutes in length. You can see my schedule using the schedule tab in your counseling page. Between live sessions, we can use the messaging system to discuss scheduling and outside assignments, share thoughts and questions that come up between sessions, and share and discuss journal entries (if you use that feature).

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical practice indicate that remote services are a viable option for addressing these everyday mental health and relationship issues.
One clear benefit of online therapy is flexibility. People can connect with therapists in the format that works best for them – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it simpler to fit therapy into busy schedules and varied lifestyles.
Therapists offering remote care are licensed professionals, and clients can choose to switch therapists if they decide a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy can be a practical and accessible way to begin or continue work on emotional well-being and relationship goals.
