Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a specialization in clinical practice. I have been a social worker for over 10 years and I have experience providing therapy services to individuals, groups, and families. I have worked with many people experiencing life transitions, coping with the effects of trauma, and who are living with grief and loss. I have also worked with many people who are survivors of domestic violence and other forms of abuse. In addition, I have extensive experience with helping people cope with stress and anxiety.
Some counseling approaches I often use are cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy. At the forefront of my practice is the respect for the dignity and worth of each individual. I am an excellent listener who has a non-judgmental approach to my interaction with others.
I know that seeking help can be a difficult experience, but I do my best to help you navigate through your healing journey. Congratulations on taking the first step to becoming happy, healthy and whole! I look forward to working with you.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience. Clients can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapeutic work into busy schedules and everyday life.
All therapists available for online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they feel a different fit would be helpful. Online therapy can be a flexible way to access professional support for many common mental health and life concerns.
