Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My life’s mission since I was a young girl was to help others. I have always been extremely empathetic and have a natural ability to connect to people especially to those who are in need. I graduated from FAU and have been providing counseling for 20 years. I have a lot of experience working with childhood trauma and as the years have gone by I have worked with children, families, individual adults and couples. I have provided counseling to those who were suffering from depression, anxiety, ptsd and so much more. I use an eclectic approach to providing services which I base mostly on starting where you are at the time we meet since each and every person is unique. I am really looking forward to helping you on your journey in order for you to feel hopeful and happy with your life. I am always here for you if needed and am very excited to start building our relationship.

Many people wonder whether virtual therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who provide these services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, effective path to support and growth.
