My approach to therapy is client centered. We are in a partnership in approaching your counseling needs. You are just as much an expert as I am when it comes to making positive decisions for your life’s well-being. Of most importance is providing counseling with compassion with your respect and dignity at the forefront.
I have enjoyed working to help people with an array of issues, including depression, mood, trauma, stress, anxiety, parenting, anger management, ADHD, and more. I draw on multiple treatment modalities to guide you through accomplishing your treatment goals. I also like to use mindfulness to support the therapeutic process.
You have the power to effect change in your life, and I will be there with you to guide you through the journey of making the change that you seek.

Many people want to know whether virtual counseling can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy is often comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One clear benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This convenience can make it easier to keep up with regular appointments and apply therapeutic strategies in daily life.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Overall, online therapy offers a practical and accessible way to engage in meaningful therapeutic work while accommodating modern life demands.
