I have worked across a wide range of issues, from anxiety, depression, and Bipolar Disorder, substance abuse issues, ADHD, anger management, issues of abuse and neglect (child and adult victims), family dynamics/communication issues, grief/loss, as well as chronic health issues/managing their impact on mental health. I utilize an eclectic approach, always from a strengths-based perspective, utilizing solution focused and Cognitive Behavioral models, as well as trauma informed brief therapy. I approach every client as an individual. I believe counseling is a place not only to address the challenges of today, but to work on creating the life that you dream of! Whether you’re addressing anxiety, coping with grief, improving communication with a loved one, or making goals for your next adventure in life, I would be privileged to work with you as you begin your BetterHelp journey!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapeutic work into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care remotely, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible way to address everyday mental health concerns while adapting to each person’s preferences and life demands.
