I have experience working with individuals regarding anxiety, self-esteem, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, and anger. My focus has been primarily with adults from age 18 and up. My counseling style, I would say is warm and interactive. I believe the hardest part in the process is to seek help and be open with someone regarding issues, so I believe in treating everyone with warmth, respect and compassion. Cassandra Singh is a licensed clinical social worker who practices in both Nevada and North Dakota and is also licensed in Nevada as an alcohol and drug counselor. She brings five years of clinical experience to her work, with much of her early practice focused on substance use treatment and the past two years concentrating on mental health care.
She works primarily with adults aged 18 and older and has experience addressing anxiety, self-esteem concerns, depression, grief, trauma and abuse, addiction, and anger. Cassandra’s approach is warm and interactive; she emphasizes openness and believes the hardest step is reaching out for help, so she treats each person with respect and compassion.
In sessions she draws on evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to help clients set goals and build practical skills.
Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone feels they would prefer a different therapeutic fit, they can switch therapists at any time.
