Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 14 years of professional work experience. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Community Counseling from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. I worked hard to get my license and I have had my License in Professional Counseling for many years.
I genuinely believe that our thoughts control our behaviors and how we feel overall. To that end, I practice trauma informed cognitive behavioral therapy with all of my clients. What that means is that I will help you understand how thoughts control feelings and behaviors keeping in mind that trauma comes in many forms and no trauma is too big or too insignificant to treat.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. I also have experience working with depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes a lot of courage to seek out help and I’m SO PROUD OF YOU for asking for help! Let’s get started!

Cassandra Rhodes is a Pennsylvania-licensed counselor with 14 years of professional experience. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Community Counseling from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, and holds PA LPC PC006312 as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
She works from the perspective that thoughts strongly influence feelings and behaviors, and she applies trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy with her clients. In sessions she helps people explore the links between thinking patterns, emotional responses, and actions while recognizing that trauma can take many forms and that no trauma is too large or too small to address.
Rhodes has experience supporting individuals dealing with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting concerns, and depression. She aims to build an open, nonjudgmental space where thoughts and feelings can be shared safely and honestly.
She acknowledges the courage it takes to seek help and is supportive of those who reach out to begin therapy.
Many people ask whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of online care is flexibility – individuals can connect in the format that fits their needs, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to include therapy in a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if someone feels a different match would be better, it is possible to switch therapists at any time.
