Online therapy can be as effective as in-person care for many common concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – individuals can meet with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone needs a different therapeutic match they have the option to switch therapists at any time.
