Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I’m Carrie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Nashville, Tennessee with 5 years of professional experience. I have my Masters Degree in Social Work and a certification in trauma treatment from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
I am passionate about helping others work through life’s difficulties – big and small. My primary practice experience is with children, teens, and families experiencing family conflicts, relationship issues, domestic violence, abuse & neglect, grief & loss, and life transitions. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue and first responder support in a hospital setting. My treatment approach is open and interactive. I follow a strengths-based model and utilize treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment Theory. I also have experience with Play and Art Therapy with children.
I understand that therapy can be a scary place and offer open and interactive dialogue to foster trust and support. I believe that you are the expert of your story and am grateful for the opportunity to learn more about you and start this journey together!
