Carolina Dudley is a bilingual English-Spanish licensed mental health therapist based in Michigan with 18 years of clinical experience. She is licensed to practice social work in Michigan at the master level and as an independent social worker in Ohio, and she applies that training to support individuals facing a range of life challenges.
With lived experience of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, she offers a clinician’s perspective informed by personal understanding of the unique strengths and challenges of neurodivergence. Her work includes support for anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, coping with life changes, ADHD, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, parenting difficulties, career challenges, bipolar disorder, and coaching.
Her practice is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and faith, and she creates an inclusive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and connect with their strengths. Whether addressing anxiety, questions of identity, burnout, or relationship struggles, she meets clients where they are with empathy and clinical expertise.
Carolina approaches therapy as a collaborative process - helping clients develop practical coping strategies and deeper self-understanding. She believes healing is possible and offers steady support throughout each person’s journey.
Many people ask whether remote therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility - clients can choose the format that fits their needs, connecting by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to integrate therapy into daily life.
Therapy is provided by licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, remote therapy offers a practical, effective way to get consistent support while balancing other responsibilities.
