Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to have a look at my profile here. Reaching out for support and recognising that what is going on for you at the moment is something you may want to address can be a huge step. Working together I hope to provide a non judgemental space for you, working with you in a individualistic manner so you feel heard and hopefully your needs are met throughout the sessions we have. We can use a combinations of modalities and reflect throughout the sessions to ensure a open, relaxed secure working relationship.
My background has been quite varied over the years, working in the NHS as a general registered nurse then branching out more into the holistic avenues such as massage and reflexology more recently following my path into integrative counselling.
I work with clients experiencing a wide range of issues including relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, childhood trauma, low self-esteem and confidence.anxiety, depression to mention a few.
I have worked in a number of settings, including with Cruse, a bereavement charity. I am aware that grief affects a lot of individuals in many different ways and it does not always need to be the loss of a relative; grief is also associated with loss of jobs/relationships/pets, and it can influence our lives in many ways.
I am a member of the NCS and work ethically to their guidelines.
I look forward to working with you. Any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.

Carol Adebisi is an integrative counsellor based in the United Kingdom with three years of clinical experience. She offers a calm, non-judgemental space and works in an individualised way so each person feels heard and their needs are addressed through the course of therapy.
Her professional background is varied: she trained and worked in the NHS as a general registered nurse, later exploring holistic therapies such as massage and reflexology before moving into integrative counselling. That blend of healthcare and holistic practice informs her flexible approach, using a combination of modalities and regular reflection to build an open, relaxed working relationship.
Carol supports people with a wide range of concerns, including relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, childhood trauma, low self-esteem and confidence, anxiety and depression. She has experience working with Cruse, the bereavement charity, and recognises that grief can follow many kinds of loss – not only the death of a relative but also the end of jobs, relationships or the loss of pets.
She is a female, older, non-religious and liberal therapist who is a member of the NCS and practices in line with its ethical guidelines. Carol looks forward to working with those who choose to seek support and is happy to answer any questions about the therapy process.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person treatment for most people.
A major benefit of remote therapy is its flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit regular sessions into a busy life.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and if someone decides they would prefer a different therapeutic fit, switching to another therapist is an option at any time.
