Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a licensed professional counselor with over a decade of experience in hospitals, crisis care, and private practice. I specialize in treating adults with ADHD and trauma.
My approach is biopsychosocial, which means I consider the biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to your condition. I mostly incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques into treatment and I have training in EMDR therapy and Anger Management. I am a practicing Buddhist with 8 years of catholic school under my belt and southern Baptist roots, I carry influence from them all 🙂
I’m a lifelong learner and my current focus is on healing and educating adults with ADHD and trauma. My goal is to empower you to live your best life. If you’re ready to take the first step, let’s get started!

Research and clinical experience show that remote therapy can be an effective option for many common concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and transitions in life. For these issues, online sessions often produce outcomes comparable to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their routine and comfort level – whether by video, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain regular sessions amid work, family, or other commitments.
Therapists offering remote care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change providers if they need a different therapeutic fit. For many, online therapy provides a practical, accessible way to pursue support and personal growth.
