Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Carla Jones, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia. I earned my Masters of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University. I have owned my practice since 2008, working with individuals, couples, children, and families focusing on issues such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, parenting and family struggles, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, as well as life changes.
I believe in using a cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused approach to treatment. I believe in helping people learn to manage their symptoms, emotions and thought life. Each session will be tailored specifically to meet your unique and specific needs.
I am aware seeking counseling can be difficult. I am happy you have made this decision to take care of yourself. Working together, we can achieve your desired goals.

Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can truly make a difference. For most common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their needs and schedule, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That variety can make it easier to maintain continuity of care while balancing daily responsibilities.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist if they want a better fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, effective way to address common mental health and life concerns while fitting treatment into their routines.
