Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings,
My name is Dr. Candace Body Williams, and it is an honor to be considered as a potential partner on your journey. I am a Georgia-based, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 15 years’ experience working with emotionally challenged youth, ADHD related behaviors, child/adult depression management, and trauma. Often, co-occurring issues include: depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive compulsive behaviors, and, of course, relationship challenges.
My experience includes individual and group therapy in residential and outpatient settings of a Community Mental Health Center and group home settings. I would describe my approach to therapy as eclectic, drawing on a variety of modalities to best serve a client’s needs and goals. The modalities that have proven most useful are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness-based Therapy, and Family Systems.
Finally, I view the therapeutic alliance as a partnership requiring mutual trust, respect, honesty, communication, and commitment to do the work. Hopefully, what I have shared here will help you select the best fit for a therapist. Should you select me, I look forward to our journey together.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating major life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience support its usefulness for these typical issues, making it a practical option for many people.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that best fits their needs and schedule – by video, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to maintain consistency in care.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. This model provides an accessible route to professional support while allowing people to find the therapeutic relationship and approach that work best for them.
