Camren Bento is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin (WI LPC 10888-125) with three years of clinical practice.
He earned a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a bachelor’s degree in psychology after serving six years in the United States Army.
Camren supports people coping with stress and anxiety, relationship concerns, life changes, and self-esteem challenges. He tailors conversations and treatment plans to match each person’s unique needs and goals.
His approach draws on integrated, evidence-based methods – including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness and coping skills training, and emotion-focused techniques – delivered with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
He recognizes that taking the first step toward therapy requires courage and affirms the importance of beginning that process.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy makes a real difference. For common challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their routine and comfort level, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to maintain consistency and fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and individuals may choose to change therapists if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible option for many seeking support for everyday mental health concerns.
