Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a child and adolescent psychotherapeutic counsellor and a parent-infant therapist (0-5s). I have worked therapeutically in primary and secondary schools and I currently work in the NHS in a team that specializes in offering therapeutic support to parent and infant relationships. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients where all feelings are welcome and can be thought about.
I have experience working short and long term with children and adolescents who needed a space to work through a range of questions or difficulties such as low self-esteem, anxiety, school refusal, gender identity, friendship problems, self-harm, eating difficulties, aggression and self-destructive behaviour.
Parent infant sessions offer parents an opportunity to reflect about their relationship with their baby or young child. This reflective space encourages parents to look at their child’s behaviours as attempts to communicate something they cannot quite put into words yet. Together we can also think about parenting strategies to help you navigate family life.

She aims to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where all feelings are welcome and can be reflected on. Parent-infant sessions give parents an opportunity to reflect on their relationship with their baby or young child, and to consider how a child’s behaviour may be attempts to communicate something they cannot yet put into words. Together, Bruna and parents can think through practical parenting strategies to help navigate family life.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and managing life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and practice have shown that these forms of therapy work well for a broad range of everyday mental health challenges.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect in the way that suits them best – via video call, by phone, through live chat, or with in-app messaging – which makes it easier to arrange sessions around work, family, and other commitments.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they decide a different fit would be better. This combination of accessibility, choice, and professional support makes online therapy a practical route for many seeking help.
