Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome! I am a mental health counselor licensed in Washington State. I’ve worked with adult clients for over 10 years, in private practice and other clinical settings (agencies, medical clinics). I often work with client concerns of anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and grief and loss. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy: the idea that our feelings and actions are driven by our thoughts.
When we become overwhelmed, we can lose sight of our own sense of self; therapy is an opportunity to gain perspective about you and your world. Our work together will be about identifying your struggles, strengths, and goals; then applying solutions that are useful and practical to you.
You already possess a wisdom about yourself that will make itself known in our sessions. I encourage you to be curious; it’s the most immediate path to success!

Bruce Hall is a licensed mental health counselor practicing in Washington with 15 years of clinical experience working with adults in private practice as well as in agency and medical clinic settings.
He commonly supports people facing stress and anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship or family conflicts, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, career difficulties, compassion fatigue, anger, and the challenges of life transitions. He also works with LGBT clients and assists those managing coping and adjustment issues.
Bruce draws on a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each person’s needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy – an approach that highlights how thoughts influence feelings and actions. His work focuses on helping clients clarify their struggles, recognize existing strengths, and set practical goals that fit their lives.
Therapy with Bruce is framed as a collaborative process in which a client’s own insight and curiosity guide progress. He is credentialed by the state as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington (LMHC, license number 60498915), and he aims to offer pragmatic strategies that clients can apply between sessions.
For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It is a practical option for addressing these kinds of issues using evidence-informed approaches.
One major benefit is the flexibility it offers – clients can connect with a therapist in the format that works best for them, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, remote sessions provide a convenient way to access consistent support and work toward their goals.
