Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
A little bit about me: I am a licensed therapist living in the mountains of Utah. Along with being a therapist, I’m a Guide and Educator. In the winter months I teach Avalanche Education and also work as a Mountain Guide taking people in what we call the “Backcountry”. I love spending time in the outdoors and I have utilized this setting for many years as part of my therapy work. My private practice is called “Walk & Talk”; and my website is: walkandtalkhelp.weebly.com. I have worked with adolescents, families, and adult individuals of all ages and ethnicities for over over 10 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, addictions, grief, self worth, and ADHD.
My therapy style is compassionate, empathetic and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and acceptance; and I believe that the only thing we can really change in life is our attitude and how we deal with the issues that are confronting us. It is my belief that many humans struggle with issues of self esteem in one way or the other, and yet we are all worthy of living a healthy and content life. My therapeutic approach combines many different modalities, with the key being that you the client are capable of leading your own healing path. I believe it is you the client that dictates the kind of approach needed for moving forward in your own healing process. This healing path will not have you out there on your own, and some of therapeutic processes I incorporate into my sessions utilize cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy . We will work together, and our dialog will help in determining the specific treatment plan to meet your personal needs.
Everyone deserves to wake up each day and look forward to what that days has to offer, and find a new sense of enjoyment within themselves and those around you. If you have a desire to bring more joy and contentment into your life, I welcome you to invite me into your journey. I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that suits them best, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapeutic work into daily routines.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many, remote therapy provides an accessible and effective option for addressing everyday mental health needs while maintaining a collaborative relationship with a trained therapist.
