My path to becoming a mental health provider started with a deep desire to help people. I’ve always been drawn to understanding others and providing support, which naturally led me to pursue a career in therapy. I’ve worked in diverse settings, from a university counseling center, where I supported college students through academic and personal challenges, to a community mental health clinic, where I worked with individuals facing mental health and substance use disorders. These experiences allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life, diagnoses, and ages, deepening my understanding and compassion for the struggles they face.
What drives me most is seeing the progress my clients make. I’m incredibly proud of the results they achieve. My goal has always been to empower people to grow, heal, and thrive, and that’s what continues to inspire me every day.”

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, virtual therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that fits your routine and comfort level, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if you decide you would prefer a different therapist at any point, it is possible to switch to find a better fit. Online therapy can be a practical and effective option for addressing common mental health concerns while offering the convenience many people need.
