Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings! My name is Brian and I’ve just recently started my own practice. I’ll be the first to tell you, there are more intelligent, more professional, and more experienced therapists out there. What I offer is genuine care and concern, and an honest interest in helping you weather whatever storm you are in. My primary focus through much of my career has been on substance use or abuse, and I have a passion for working with those who have experienced violence or trauma. As a Veteran who has seen his fair share of combat, I know a thing or two about PTSD, both in terms of personal experience and professional knowledge. Beyond that, I am a growing Therapist and look forward to seeing what new experiences and knowledge I can attain, so please anticipate a growing skill set. Come be real with me. I won’t let you down.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most individuals.
A major benefit is flexibility – people can choose the mode of connection that fits their routine and comfort, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability helps make therapy easier to integrate into a busy life.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists whenever they want if they are looking for a different fit. For many, online therapy provides a practical, effective route to support and progress.
