Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Tennessee with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, relationships, time management/life skill building, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
Please be advised when scheduling appointments, that in order to have adequate time to discuss things during the session a 10-minute grace period is given for 30-minute sessions, and a 15-minute grace period is given for 45-minute therapy sessions. After this time, sessions will be marked as a no show and have to be rescheduled for another time. I look forward to working with each client but want to make sure that adequate time is given to address presenting concerns!

Brenita aims to ensure that each session allows adequate time to address presenting concerns.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Evidence supports its use for these sorts of issues, making it a practical option for many people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that best suits their routines and comfort level, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to maintain consistent care alongside work, family, and other commitments.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many individuals, online therapy provides an accessible, adaptable path to address everyday mental health and life concerns.
