Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the format that suits you best, whether by video call, by phone, through live chat, or via in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if you decide you would prefer a different therapist at any time, you generally have the option to switch to someone else.
