Hello! My name is Bettina Kell and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. I am also nationally certified as a therapist. I have 20 plus years of working in the field and have worked in the school system and private practice to help youth, individuals and families. I have experience in working with a wide range of concerns and mental health issues, including ADHD, anxiety/depression, grief/loss, trauma/abuse, anger management, parenting concerns and life changes among others.
I am easy to talk with and aim to create a safe and non-judging environment for you. I’m experienced working with all age groups and of all backgrounds. My counseling approach ranges from Jungian therapy , solutions focused, cognitive behavior and rational-emotive. However, I focus on the client and tailor what is necessary to help you accomplish your goals in therapy.
