Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience in private practice. I am down to earth and pretty much laid back, with a great sense of humor. My approach is holistic, mindful and eclectic using cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic methods as needed. I have worked with clients of all ages and from all walks of life.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, self esteem, sexual abuse, domestic violence, parenting, life transitions, blended families, and many other issues that concern my clients.
I work well with most people, regardless of their spiritual, religious beliefs or political beliefs. I am non-judgmental and do not criticize. I will be supportive and encouraging as you navigate this journey to feel better.
I will use my intuitive nature and empathetic feelings to help you work through difficult times. I want you to know that you do not have to do this alone. I am here to be with you in that place and be sensitive to your needs and concerns. I will provide you with a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings, and sort through whatever is on your mind. Together we will look at the obstacles you are facing, and work at breaking them down. We will maximize your strengths, and help you to put forth the best version of yourself.
I look forward to meeting you!
