His practice addresses a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, anger management, self-esteem, career challenges, bipolar disorder, and coping with life changes. He has worked with senior adults, adults, adolescents, and children in both group and individual settings.
Across his career he has served in a staff position at a crisis stabilization hospital and clinic, practiced in private practice, and worked within a medical hospital. He has also taught as an adjunct professor at two different colleges and recently earned certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional.

He collaborates with clients through reflective work and practical guidance to uncover those answers and to identify solutions for life’s challenges, taking the therapeutic journey alongside each person he works with.
Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is greater flexibility. Clients can choose the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapy delivered remotely also maintains the same professional standards; sessions are conducted by licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit.
