Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Beatrice and Congratulations on taking the first step towards improving your emotional well-being. I look forward to helping you navigate and effectively manage your mood and stress.
I received my master’s degree from Barry University and am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida, Washington, and Oregon. My experience over the past 16 years have been in the mental health field and worked 5 years at a Florida State Hospital. This was an inpatient setting to help others that may need more intensive and long term support in stabilizing their mental health. For the past 9 years I have changed course to work with people in the community in their work to improve their well-being.
I use a solution focused therapy technique to help everyone work on their goals in life. I have also experience in person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and EMDR trained.
I strive to respond to messages within 24 business hours. I understand that finding a therapist that you are able to connect with can be stressful within itself. However, I look forward to hearing from you and answering any questions. In whatever you choose, just remember to not give up on yourself and the process.
I look forward to helping you mindfully live.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can meet with a therapist in the format that fits their life best, whether that’s video sessions, phone appointments, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to maintain continuity of care and fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they decide a different fit would work better. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to engage in the therapeutic process while accommodating individual needs and preferences.
